Oklahoma Joe’s is a badass brand of traditional offset and pellet smokers that needed to find its voice. So I helped them raise it with a new tagline, paid social campaign, poster series and more.

Oklahoma Joe’s “Trailgating”

We created the “Trailgating” content series for Oklahoma Joe’s to help launch the brand’s new Rider DLX series of pellet grills. A narrative about the low-and-slow history of BBQ and bourbon in America, Trailgating explored the stories of four historic Kentucky bourbon distilleries and their secret to iconic wood-fired flavor. The campaign drove rich content that differentiated the brand while also highlighting strong product benefits of the Rider DLX — most importantly, it achieved some smokin’ results for our client.
